Staying at the Voco Times Square Hotel was a mixed experience. Unresponsive staff and cleanliness issues tainted an otherwise convenient stay in the heart of Times Square.

Omg, 🙌 i loved how close this place is to times square and the subway! 🚇 the staff was so friendly, especially jessica at the front desk. the breakfast was way too sweet. 🍬

Had a great stay in a USA hotel. The restaurant had hot food, liked it.

It was fairly clean, and I loved good location and rooms. I booked a room with a comfy bed, central heating, a safe and an iron.

We chose this hotel for its convenient location near Penn Station, which made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions and attend events at Madison Square Garden. Despite some minor inconveniences like a small room and communication issues, we appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the quick bathroom fan. The nearby amenities and transportation options made our short family trip enjoyable and hassle-free.

It's newly remodelled place to stay 1 mile away from R Lounge. The location is central. The airport is 9 miles away.

Ideal and fairly clean hotel, liked it. The location was wonderful, a 10-15 minute walk from a long-standing department store.

The room size was cramped with 2 beds instead of the requested double bed. Limited storage space and broken safe. Reception was unhelpful with room preparation issues. Slow breakfast service with limited seating. Elevator issues with no assistance or apology. Overall, disappointing experience with no compensation offered.

My stay was quite comfortable for at least 10 minutes at a time. The buffet breakfast had lots of delicacies and was warm. The location of the hotel was central, so close to Penn Station and all the subway lines, the Times square. Loved that there was Starbucks with short-orders minutes from the venue, super convenient.

i loved my 25th floor room at the Central, with a stunning view of NY Times Tower and uptown. the cozy yet functional and clean space made me feel right at home. the restaurant downstairs served delicious food at decent prices, and the staff was incredibly nice and efficient. the location, nestled between 8th and 9th avenues, offered a peaceful retreat while being just 5 minutes away from Herald Square, Times Square, and Penn Station. with easy access to the F metro line for a quick journey to the airport, i couldn't have asked for a better stay.

wlan does not have a good range. you often had to log in again or the data speed is relatively slow.

Awesome experience at this hotel. the staff was exceptional and super friendly. the location was perfect, close to Penn Station and MSG, making it easy to explore Midtown and other areas with convenient subway access. Room on the 26th floor had a lovely city view. Clean and comfortable room. the ambiance was great, and the indoor/outdoor garden area was a nice touch.

One improvement could be the bathroom layout to prevent getting wet when turning on the shower. some minor issues with mold in the shower area could be addressed for a better experience.

The room was supposed to have a refrigerator, I asked the reception and they never put it in.

I chose this hotel for a business council due to its convenient meeting rooms and business center services, including printing and faxing. The staff was attentive and helpful, making my work-related activities smooth and efficient.

I missed having access to a dedicated concierge service for assistance with local business-related arrangements.

Cleanliness

The room is very small, there's nowhere to leave your clothes or bags. The beds are too narrow for two people, even if they are children. We asked to move to a bigger room and they said they were all the same. There were three of us with an 11 year old boy in a 4 year old room and we could fit. The bathroom is new and clean but there is no room to leave your things. The heating is very noisy and at times it was hot. The street is under construction and makes bad circulation. The subway stops are more than 14 minutes walking

Choosing Voco for its proximity to Times Square was an excellent decision. The front desk's laundry services and private parking were unexpected perks. The Greenhouse 36 restaurant's all-day dining and full bar service at Café 36 lounge made dining convenient and delightful.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city. We were able to easily walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit in NYC. The service here is top-notch, with the staff offering amazing and welcoming customer service. The amenities in our room were great, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace was also a nice touch, providing a relaxing space to enjoy the city views. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to our friends.

Unable to open the window. The air is difficult to breathe (hard). Air-co makes breathing even more difficult. Bad smell in the gym very basqiue. Elevators do not always work properly.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, centrally located near Times Square and within walking distance to Chelsea restaurants and bars. However, the lack of adequate lighting in the rooms and the small size of the beds were aspects that could be improved.

The rooms at Voco Times Square South are cozy and well-equipped, making me feel right at home. The plush bedding and blackout curtains provided a perfect setting for a good night's sleep after a busy day of exploring the city. The free WiFi was a great bonus for staying connected with my family.

I personally found the option of up to 2 beds in the room to be a bit cramped for 4 persons.

Great location with the hotel being close to Time Square but away from the noisy streets which made for a peaceful stay. Facilities like the sun terrace and leisure room were excellent for chilling out after a day of exploring. Only downside was the slow breakfast service where you had to wait quite a bit for your order, but the staff were understanding and accommodating throughout. Overall, a top-notch experience and I'll definitely be back! 🌇

Ideal for people who are traveling for the first time to New York with the intention of visiting the main tourist attractions. The hotel is located very close to the train station (Penn Station), as well as to the New York City subway service. Due to the dynamics of this city, the hotel is located in a safe area, as well as close to many services such as restaurants, cafes, Times Square itself, among others. Coffee is available in the mornings and a complimentary cookie is welcome.

That the room did not consider courtesy water bottles, as well as the elevator service that is especially late on weekend days (Sunday maintenance).

at our arrival, despite our booking, there was no room available for us. after we had a very long flight behind us this was very annoying. for our first overnight stay we looked for another hotel and also the costs were taken over. next day we could move into our room. annoying situation, then we were reliably looked after for an alternative.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, with easy access to all major attractions and public transportation. The rooms, although small, are comfortable and clean with friendly staff members. The breakfast, while not outstanding, offers a decent selection and the staff is helpful. The hotel also offers a great view of the Hudson River from the top floor.

While staying at the hotel, I found the facility to be nice with a contemporary design. The room was clean and comfortable, and Courtney at the front desk was wonderfully friendly. The location was perfect for walking to Penn Station and MSG. However, there were issues with the broken toilet seat, sketchy surroundings, and slow elevator. The filtered water filters needed changing, and there was no view of the city from my room. But overall, the price was reasonable for NYC and the beds were comfortable.

Loving the central location within walking distance to many spots we wanted to hit up. The staff was super cool and helpful, making our stay even better. My only little gripe was the creamer situation in the mornings and the sluggish lift, but honestly, didn't spoil the vibe much. 💫

This place is amazing! It's right in the heart of the action and everything is walking distance. I love that they have room service and dry cleaning, and the airport shuttle was so convenient. The Jimmy Dean breakfast sammies at this joint are a game-changer—total legends! The staff here are as sweet as a cronut, quick check-ins and heavenly beds. The nearby nosh spots are lit: Tick Tock Diner for a quick bite, Abaya Thai Cuisine for a flavour explosion, and Il Punto Ristorante for top-notch Italian fare. Cons: This place is South-not-so-spacious: rooms are tighter than skinny jeans, and brekkie service can have you waiting like it's the line at Vito's Slices & Ices on a hot day. But hey, if this hotel was a Broadway show, it'd still snag a Tony!

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the warm and friendly staff at the hotel. They were always greeting me with a smile and were extremely helpful throughout my entire stay. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently close to all the major attractions and shopping areas. Additionally, I really enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms that were meticulously taken care of by the housekeeping staff.

I was a bit disappointed with the small foyer of the hotel, and the unpleasant stench outside that lingered when entering and leaving the hotel. It did make the overall experience a little less enjoyable.
